6/1-6/30 Public event to show of deer fawns

Foundation for the protection of deer in Nara will have a public event to show the birth of deer fawns during the following period.

It must be a memorable moment for you.

Deer fawns are so adorable.

I strongly recommend you to go there to see them.

●Period: Jun 1st (Wed) to Jun 30th (Thu)

●Time: 11:00 am-2:00 pm

●Fee: 300 JPY (adult), free (children under 15)

●Place:Foundation for the protection of deer in Nara

●Access:

(1)On foot

Approx. 40 mins walk from JR Nara staion (2.5km)

Approx. 30 mins walk from Kintestu Nara station (1.9km)

(2)By bus

Take Nara Kotsu city loop line outer circle bus from JR Nara or Kintestu Nara station, get off at Kasuga Taisha  Omote Samndo, walk towards Kasuga Taisha shrine for  approx 7mins, and you can find Rokuen on your right side.
